Ever since he was a young boy, Dave Teeters had a fascination with aircrafts. His interest was not only with flying but also with the mechanics and the endless possibilities of customization such as metal forming. Dave’s intrigue of metal forming grew into a passion and now 30 years later for your compound cured needs ASI has two English Wheels, an Air Hammer, a Planisher, a Pettingel style power hammer and a P21 Pullmax. ASI is thrilled to announce that they just put a deposit to have a Yoder style hammer built and will take delivery mid 2015.

 

ASI also has the ability to form and fabricate bulkheads, ribs, stringers and many other times you may need for the repairs of your aircraft. They use die materials that allow them to do a one-off item cost effectively as well as the ability to produce several items from the same die. They have presses and a press brake for those needs as well.
