Dave is fabricating skins for a scratch built P 40 chin cowl. The skins were fabricated using the English Wheel and Air Hammer and precisely fit to the fixture ensuring proper alignment.  (above)

The ASI Team has extensive experience in metal forming and shaping.  Using cutting edge machinery and equipment, allows the ASI Team boundless capabilities to form ribs, bulkheads as well as other structural and nonstructural items.  The ASI Team is also capable of fluid forming and has 2 large English Wheels both large and small, Air Hammer for forming skins, cowlings and fairings.
